About

Description

In this hands-on workshop, we’ll dive into creative techniques for incorporating color imagery into your art jewelry. Our primary focus will be on using laser-printed waterslide decals to apply vibrant, detailed images to metal and a variety of other mixed media surfaces.

Participants will learn how to enhance and manipulate these images using additional art media, and how to apply them to both flat and dimensional forms. We'll also explore how to shape or fabricate metal after image application and discuss best practices for when and how to use these techniques effectively in your work.

Other topics will include:

·       Integrating imagery with form and concept

·       Caring for mixed media jewelry
